Eurotech Wins 2008 Platinum Embedded Board Vendor award from VDC Research Group
Columbia, MD January 27, 2009 – Eurotech SpA, a leading provider of application-ready embedded computer systems and packaged devices, today announces that it has earned the 2008 Platinum Embedded Board Vendor award from VDC Research Group. Users placed Eurotech at the highest level, Platinum, based on ratings of more than 45 selection criteria.
VDC Research used a proprietary model to determine the top embedded board vendors, which is described in their press release. Users indicated which criteria were most important to them, and how well the vendors they worked with did in each of those criteria. Vendors who did the best at the most important criteria rose to the Platinum level.
