Eurotech receives go-ahead for quotation at the Italian stock exchange
Amaro (Ud-Italy) November 7, 2005 - Eurotech Spa, a high technology group present in the NanoPC and Supercomputer markets, has today received from the Italian Stock Exchange, with provision n°4316 of November 7th 2005, the green light for admission to the quotation of shares on the MTAX - Star.
Advisors for the company's IPO are Mediobanca (sponsor, global coordinator and responsible for the IPO placing) and Interbanca (financial advisor).
