Linux Platform Development With GNU Tools

Platform development for Linux systems using FSF, Open Source, tools
ANSI C and other languages are supported by the GNU tool chain on Eurotech platforms, including the ability to do on-platform edit, compile, link and load. Our extensive application of the Linux platform including EABI, CRAMFS, U-Boot and Busy-Box and all supported via this tool chain.
Using the native development tools, primarily drawn from the Debian distribution, ensures you have the latest tool set for demanding applications requiring, the latest updates and patches from Debian.
Please note- this is pure, open source, "familiar" Linux, we do not package it with special code; it is not encumbered with any per unit royalty payments or monthly maintenance agreements. All code we develop is placed into the Debian distribution, under the GPL.
Our users can work with the GNU Tool Chain if they like, or they can use various commercial and open source application environments su. Of course, we offer the IBM/OTI J2ME for a nominal per unit sublicense charge from IBM.
If you want to learn more about how we support the GNU Tool Chain, please contact us.
