Sales Support Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist who will be responsible for assisting sales administration on a daily basis.
Duties:
- Contact customers through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company
- Daily support of RSMs
- Collaborate with marketing, support, community management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings
- Provide feedback on levels of customer satisfaction and recommendations to improve company procedures
- Will track all prospects and leads from entry point through disposition
- Daily interaction with members of other departments including Operations and Accounting
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ yrs of office experience in a high tech, professional, or service environment

Qualifications:

Quality Assurance Engineer
Description:
Eurotech Inc. is the face of the Eurotech Group in North America with headquarters in Maryland and multiple offices throughout the region. This growing and stable embedded computer and systems company is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer. Eurotech designs, develops, and delivers single board computers, modules, and packaged systems to OEMs and enterprises that need low power, wireless, and durable embedded systems to provide products and services to their end customers. Eurotech's expertise as a leader in embedded computer design with a particular focus on power-saving engineering lets customers bring their products to market quickly, with reduced development costs and proven technology implementations.
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for the quality assurance function at Eurotech Inc. This position will perform the lead role in qualifying and monitoring supplier performance. The QA Engineer will develop quality assurance plans for new products and support new product introduction. This candidate will also drive continuous improvement at suppliers. This is a hands-on position and candidates must have experience initiating corrective action plans and working with suppliers in identifying root cause. The selected candidate must have a strong technical engineering background with a demonstrated capability.
Other Duties Include:
- Drive continuous improvement at contract manufacturer sites
- Perform first-article inspection and process qualification
- Monitor supplier performance by trending data and generating reports
- Perform supplier audits
- Perform process capability analysis and drive process improvements
- Analyze test and production defects and determine corrective action
- Provide support to maintain and implement process improvements to the company's ISO 9001:2008 program
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering or QA discipline or equivalent
- Experience with supplier quality in multiple supply chains
- 2+ years experience in auditing
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the company
- Proficient in data collection, analysis and presentation
- Ability to travel 25-50%
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Access and the Internet
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-4 years experience in a Quality Role preferred
- Certified by ASQ (American Society for Quality) as a CQE/CQ Mgr/CSSBB preferred
- Experience in an electronic fabrication and assembly environment is a plus

Project Manager
Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to interface with groups within the Engineering Department as well as customer contact in managing schedules for new and ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong preference for working in a cross-functional collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Work with HW, SW & Design Engineers in the design and development of single board computers and standalone embedded products
- Manage the schedules for standard and custom projects
- Manage the project through the entire development phases (Design, Prototype, Test and Transition to Production)
- Primary Customer Interface for Development Programs

Senior Technical Support Engineer
Description:
We seek a Senior Technical Support Engineer (TSE) with strong analytical and communication skills to define, trouble-shoot, and document issues that pertain to our embedded boards and system products. The Senior TSE is responsible for understanding, replicating, characterizing, escalating and resolving technical issues, applying firmware and software updates, and working in coordination with product development engineers on issue and bug resolution and with product management to improve product design and quality. The Senior TSE is also responsible for documenting issue characteristics and resolution in direct communication with customers, on the Company's support forums, and in application notes and product errata. The Senior TSE will also help provide leadership, technical support, and mentoring to other engineers on the Technical Services team.
The Senior TSE must have broad technical ability across X86, Atom, and ARM-based platforms, including a strong understanding at the architecture level of CPU designs connected to high speed devices and a practical understanding of circuit design; the ability to plan and execute board analysis and debug, including the use of the relevant test and analysis tools in the lab; and experience with C, C++, Java, and Windows and Linux operating system software.
The Senior TSE will have the demonstrated ability to listen to, understand and respond professionally to customers including strong technical writing and presentation skills. He/she must also have the ability to work independently, be proactive, multitask effectively and exhibit good influencing skills with strong customer orientation.
THE ROLE
In this position, you will act as a technical expert, consultant, analyst, and program manager. You will directly engage with customers and well as with the Company's field application engineers to provide some pre-, but primarily, post-sales technical and debug support. You will also work directly with the Company's product management, product development and test engineers to ensure that we define and deliver products of the highest quality that arrive with comprehensive and easy to use technical documentation.
You will help manage the Company's knowledgebase and the dissemination of product knowledge among the Company's engineering, test, and support teams worldwide. You will work with all team members to ensure relevant internal knowledge is documented on an ongoing basis, to create and maintain training modules, and to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the current knowledge infrastructure to ensure that the support organizations are equipped with the knowledge necessary to deliver excellent customer service as soon as new products/features are released.
A senior technical support engineer should be well conversant with Digital Switching Technology, Problem Troubleshooting and debugging techniques, TCP/IP protocol stack and practical knowledge of LAN / WAN, Windows and UNIX operating systems, Signaling: Loop, E&M, BRI, PRI, CCS, ISUP, SCCP & R2MFC and DECT(both Hardware and Software) , relational databases: SQL or Oracle , Internet Technologies (Apache and basic network administration (troubleshoot Tomcat/ HTML/ XML/ Scripting) network connectivity, 802.11 wireless networks).
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent understanding of CPU-based platforms with experience in board-level products to the component level, design/development experience a plus
- Experience in troubleshooting and board debug required
- Experience with C, C++, Java, Windows CE/XPE/WES, Linux
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in electronics design and/or electronics technical support
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION:
