Atom™ Development Kits
Atom™ Development Systems from Eurotech are designed to do one thing and one thing only- get your product to market quickly.
These systems all share an optimized BIOS, rock solid BSP, and a bill of material selected for low cost and extended availability. Further, each of these systems, when sold to an OEM, is accompanied by our extended support commitment: we provide you a functional API and we support that commitment without 'hardware vs. software' differentiation. If any problems arise, your support is by factory engineers who have direct access to the developers of hardware, BIOS and OS BSP Software.
We offer the OEM three types of development systems. The CTM development system drops our popular Catalyst Module onto a large format carrier board studded with connectors and plugs for easy plug-in and qualification of components. This development system is best for the OEM who plans to build, or have built, a special purpose carrier board for its product or even to build Catalyst Module circuits into a highly optimized single board system.
The Catalyst EC and ISIS development systems are for the company that wants to build out its product using industry standard EPIC or PC/104+ form factors. For the ISIS PC/104+ system, a breakout board for termination of the many on-board signals (such as GPS) is supplied with the development system as well.
Finally, the PROTEUS Development system is a highly optimized single board configuration for wireless and vehicle based systems with GPS on the board and a vehicle rated power supply. OEMs have built PROTEUS into many types of products and many form factors.
