CoinCard™ Automated Fare Collection Kiosk

Coincard's intelligent automated fare system has been specifically designed for the rugged transit environment. The flexible system accepts different formats including a variety of pre-paid "token cards," and time duration passes which activate on first insertion. The utility of the device is increased when used in conjunction with a smart driver display which provides full audit and passenger data logging, contactless infrared upload of data, and programmable key pads for multi-zonal fares.

Additional accessories include a high speed mini-printer for receipt or transfer issuance, and a handheld data collector. Up to 124 devices, card readers, printers, or displays may be networked together using the built-in communications bus. This plug-and-play ability allows the transit provider flexibility in designing the perfect electronic fare system.
