The Nomad® Expert Technician System is the world's only wireless wearable computer with a head-worn, head-up display. With a unique "connect and work" capability, the Nomad System allows automotive service technicians to superimpose text and diagrams from electronic service manuals directly over their workspace at the point of task, hands free.
The Nomad system replaces older computer technology to allow full 8 hour shift work on one charge of a compact, belt worn battery. The program was notable for its remarkable quick time to market - only 71 days to full production.
